When i first installed fortnite, i had a lot of lagging/hitching/freezing problems and after trying all of the above methods, i have no issues and the game runs smooth like butter. hopefully this helps someone who has lost hope.. Epic games need's to fix this issue! after the 4.5 update, i experience lag at the end game. my fps goes down and the game freezes. impossible to play at end game..
